Why I Do This Work

I haven't just planned
these trips. I've lived them.

I've traveled while on chemotherapy with a compromised immune system. I've made regular international trips to see my ortho-oncologist — navigating customs with medications, managing energy on long-haul flights, planning around treatment schedules.

I've had 13 surgeries. I have titanium pins in my right knee. I carry a TBI. I have tumors that are stable — but still there. And I still travel. Because this world is too beautiful to watch from a window.

When I sit across from you, I'm not reading from a checklist. I'm drawing from every needle, every flight delay, every hotel room that wasn't what they promised, and every breathtaking moment that made every difficult thing worth it.

I hear what you're not saying. And I plan for that too.

"Your body may have changed the itinerary. It has not canceled the destination."

Who This Is For

You've been told to
wait until you feel better.

This work is for the traveler whose situation requires more than a standard itinerary. Whose planning involves medical coordination, specialist contacts, contingency layers, and the kind of quiet confidence that only comes from knowing every detail has been handled by someone who truly understands.

Cancer Travelers

Active treatment, post-treatment celebration, end-of-life bucket list journeys. Specialty needle coordination, immune-compromised planning, medical facility mapping at every destination.

Chronic Illness & Rare Disease

Lupus, MS, rare diagnoses, autoimmune conditions. When your body requires specific environments, routines, and backup plans built into every layer of your trip.

Multi-Generational Medical

Families traveling with loved ones on oxygen, dialysis, or with significant mobility needs. Every generation considered, every need coordinated, one seamless journey.

Mobility & Accessibility

Wheelchair users, those requiring accessible transfers, truly accessible accommodations — not just "accessible on paper." Because there is a difference and I know it intimately.

End-of-Life Journeys

Sacred, unhurried, intentional. For the traveler who has a place they need to see, a moment they need to have, a memory they need to make — while there is still time.

Neurological Conditions

TBI, migraines, sensory sensitivities, autism spectrum. Travel designed around how your brain works — not against it. Quiet rooms, low-stimulation routes, predictable environments.

A note on complexity: Every client is different. A solo traveler managing post-treatment fatigue requires different planning than a family of six with a member on home dialysis. Your investment reflects the scope of care your journey requires — not a number pulled from a rate sheet. We discuss this together, honestly, before any commitment is made.

The Process

Three steps to a journey
planned around you.

01

We Have a Real Conversation

Not a form. Not a questionnaire. A real conversation about where you want to go, what your body needs, what scares you, and what you're dreaming of. I listen more than I talk.

02

I Build Your Plan

Medical coordination. Accessible accommodations. Contingency protocols. Specialist contacts at every destination. I handle every layer so you don't have to hold it all.

03

You Travel with Backup

You go knowing I'm just a message away. Your plan has plans. Your backup has backups. You focus on the moment — because someone has already thought of everything else. I take on one complex travel client at a time. That means when I'm working on your journey, you have all of me.

What's Included

Everything your journey requires.
Nothing left to chance.

Every engagement is custom. Below is a representative picture of what a complex medical travel plan includes — because "done-for-you" means exactly that.

01

Medical Needs Assessment

A thorough review of your conditions, medications, equipment needs, and physical requirements — translated into a travel brief every hotel, airline, and guide will understand.

02

Destination Medical Mapping

Hospitals, specialists, pharmacies, and emergency contacts vetted at your destination before you leave home. You'll know exactly where to go if you need to.

03

Accessible Accommodation Vetting

Not "accessible on the website." Truly accessible — confirmed, verified, and matched to your actual mobility and sensory needs. I call. I ask the questions most people don't know to ask.

04

Medication & Equipment Logistics

Customs documentation, storage requirements, international medication laws, specialty supply coordination. Traveling with needles, oxygen, or controlled substances — handled.

05

Contingency Protocol

What happens if something goes wrong. A written protocol your travel companions can follow. Because the plan needs a plan.

06

Travel Insurance Guidance

Pre-existing condition coverage, medical evacuation, cancel-for-any-reason. I help you find policies that actually work for complex medical situations — not the ones that leave you stranded.

The Investment

Priced for the
work it actually takes.

Complex medical travel planning is not a template. It is hours of research, coordination, communication, and care — built specifically around your life, your body, and your journey.

Engagements begin at $695 per person and are scoped based on the complexity of your needs, your travel party, and your destination. Multi-generational and high-complexity cases — such as travelers on dialysis, oxygen, or with significant comorbidities — are quoted individually. This rate is non-negotiable. It reflects the true scope of the work, the research, the liability, and the level of care every client deserves.

If the investment is a consideration right now: I host free live planning classes every two weeks — "Will There Be Bathrooms?" — where I teach practical travel strategies you can implement yourself. You are welcome there. The knowledge is yours regardless. When you're ready for someone to carry the full weight of planning with you, I'll be here.

How payment works: Once we've agreed to move forward, you'll receive a secure payment link via Stripe that includes your credit card authorization, terms and conditions, and a clear acknowledgment that the planning and research fee is non-refundable. This protects both of us and ensures we begin with full mutual clarity and commitment.
